All products on the Gifts for Blokes website are in stock, however at times there can be unforeseen demand on particular items. If an item that you have ordered has become unexpectedly unavailable we will let you know via email and also give you a timeframe for that product.
We make every effort to ensure that the website is up to date and should a product become permanently unavailable - we will remove it from the website as soon as is pratically possible.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and all prices include GST.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receiving your order and confirmed/cleared payment. Orders are despatched via Australia Post, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
Note: Items on Special/Sale (denoted in red &/or shown as being discounted) and Bonus Buys - Only available while stocks last.
Limited stock available! Some items may no longer be available in multiple quantities as they are clearance and discontinued items.

Please note: regarding engraveable products - we do not offer an engraving service as this would significantly slow down the disptach of orders.

Australia Post E-parcel service - flat rate Australia Wide - $8.95*
E-parcel is a trackable/traceable postal service from Australia Post.
Express Post - flat rate Australia Wide - $12.95
Please note: Express Post is only overnight to capital cities and some regional cities.

If you are outside the overnight express post network, delivery may take several days.
Orders over $130 receive Free Shipping within Australia only - select this option upon checkout if your order is above $130.00. All orders of $130 or more are sent via e-parcel within Australia. Sorry not available to orders being posted to outside Australia.

We aim to dispatch most orders within approx 24 hours of receiving your order and confirmed/cleared payment.
All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post.
Orders placed before 9.00am (aedst) will be posted out that same day (monday - friday).
Orders placed after 9.00am (aedst) are posted the next business day.

Once your order has been posted you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email - please ensure that you add Gifts for Blokes to your "safe sender" list so that you receive all emails relating to your order.

- Rest of Victoria, SA, NSW, ACT -- 2 to 4 business days
- Tasmania and QLD -- 3 to 6 business days
- WA and NT -- 4 to 9 business days
Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and Australia Post holidays.
Postage time is dependant upon the delivery address/postcode in Australia.
Please note: Express Post is only overnight to capital cities and some regional cities.
If you are outside the overnight express post network, delivery may take several days.
Gifts for Blokes cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the item is in transit via Australia Post, we recommend ordering early to avoid postage delays.
• It is advisable to have the package sent to an address where someone is available to accept the delivery as packages cannot be left unattended and Australia Post will leave a card advising that the item can be collected from your local post office if there is no-one in attendance. This is to enure that you receive your package safely.
• If you are having your parcel posted to you at a work/business address, please include the name of the business in the shipping address, this will assist Australia Post with delivery of your parcel.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way - along with a postal tracking number, so that you can track your order online via the Australia Post website.
• Please add Gifts for Blokes to your safe-sender/whitelist to ensure that you receive any emails relating to your order.
• Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct as parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address will incur an $8.95 reposting charge.
If you have not received your order within the time frames above from date of order, in the first instance please check with your local post office to see if the parcel is being held there for your collection, if it is not at your local post office then please contact us. Due to logistics arrangements "pickup" is not available.
International Orders posted to addresses outside Australia are not accepted at this time via the shopping cart.
If you are outside Australia or if you would like to have an item posted to an address outside Australia please contact us via email prior to placing your order to see if this is possible and to obtain a postage quote.
In your email, please include the products & quantitys you are interested in purchasing and the destination location to enable us to weigh the items and to then provide you with the postage quote.
Payment
Payment for items purchased on the Gifts for Blokes website may be made by;

Pay Securely Online with Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard. Use your credit card directly through our secure shopping cart. All orders are processed via SSL secured payment, certified by Thwate Secure Services.
Direct Deposit (Within Australia)
Direct Deposit Details will be supplied on the bottom of the order confirmation that is emailed to you once you have completed checkout.
When depositing please include your name or order number with your deposit.
If you have not received the order confirmation after checkout, please contact us.

Australia Post Money Order or Australian cheque (Within Australia)
Details for posting your cheque or money order to Gifts for Blokes will be forwarded to you via email upon completion of checkout.

Paypal - Use funds from your Paypal Account or use your credit card securely via the PayPal Payment System [about PayPal]
Upon completion of checkout you will receive an automatically generated confirmation/invoice via email, with the type of payment that you have chosen shown on the invoice. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please check your junk/trash folder and place Gifts for Blokes on your safe sender/whitelist - list, so that you receive all emails regarding your order. If the order confirmation has not arrived via email withing approx 10mins of placing your order, please contact us.
If you have chosen to pay by direct deposit, Australia Post Money Order or cheque, we will allow 5 working days for your payment to reach us, if it has not arrived within the 5 working days you will be notified and the transaction will be cancelled.
Please allow 24 - 48 "business" hours for your direct deposit payment to be transferred between banks. Orders cannot be posted until payment is received.
Please ensure that the information that you enter during checkout is correct, complete and valid as we are unable to process orders with incomplete or invalid data. We will email you if any of the information is incomplete to confirm the order and update the details supplied.
Gifts for Blokes cannot be responsible for any processing or postal delays that may occur if incorrect or invalid information is supplied. A re-delivery fee may be charged if the address details that you supplied are incorrect.
Returns
- If you find that a product is faulty, please contact us via email, we are here to help.
- Refunds will not be made if you have changed your mind about the product or chose an incorrect item. Instead a store credit will be offered or an exchange of goods.
- Any items that are "dead on arrival" should be returned to Gifts for Blokes within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note: we understand at times where you may have shopped early for Christmas or birthdays that timesframes will extend beyond the 30 days, so if a product is found to be faulty please contact us, so that we can assist you.
Please Contact us via email before sending the items back, with details about your order and the reason for the return. We will refund you for the postage to return the item to Gifts for Blokes.
All items should be returned in their original (undamaged) packing & should be securely packed. Items will be either refunded or exchanged upon receipt of the original item. We will refund your return postage cost for faulty items.
Original postage costs (i.e. the cost to post the item to you in the first instance are non refundable).
- If an item is not returned within 30 days or no contact is made via email, then postage of the item will be at buyers expense.
- Postage (shipping) costs are non refundable.
- Please retain any warranty information or packaging as per manufacturers instructions. Should a fault occur please consult the manufacturers information as many manufacturers now require that items be returned directly to them for repair or replacement.
Privacy
We respect your privacy.
We do not sell our customer list or newsletter list to any third party. These are for our eyes only.
The Gifts for Blokes web site counts how many people visit the site and which pages people visit. These statistics are anonymous and do not identify any individual.
We reserve the right to pass on any personal information relating to suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
You may unsubscribe from the Gifts for Blokes newsletter any time, simply by replying to the email newsletter and placing the words "unsubscribe" into the subject line. When unsubscribing to the newsletter, please ensure that you do so from the email address that you subscribed with. Otherwise it can take time to track down who you are and remove you from the list.
We hate spam ourseleves and don't intentionally inflict it upon anyone.
